Office Boffins are pleased to release the latest Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 2023 for Q2 2023. Continuing on from our strong performance in 2022, we achieved another amazing score of 96 (96.27 to be exact), this underlines the continued success of the Office Boffins "we put our customers first" culture.
NPS is used to measure a customers willingness to recommend a company (for both products and service) to other potential customers. In its most basic form, it is used to determine the customer's loyalty to the brand. It can also be used as a way to measure overall customer satisfaction with the company's products and/or services, alongside any aggregated review scores from third party customer review platforms.
It is calculated using a very simple process, one question is asked "On a scale of 0 to 10, how likely are you to recommend this product and/or company to a friend or colleague?" The aggregated score is then used to gauge the overall customer sentiment.
