Weight Tension Control
Torsion is adjustable to your bodyweight to control the rate of the backrest recline.
We are all different shapes, sizes and weights. Weight tension controls the rate the backrest reclines at, and it can be easily set for any sitter. With the chair recline unlocked, turn the handwheel clockwise to increase the tension and anticlockwise to decrease the tension until you feel supported. This feature comes into its own when the chair is used in free float mode, ie: the backrest is in the unlocked position. This keeps the body moving while you sit and work, helping to prevent stiffness from sitting still.
