Is FREE delivery offered on all your products?
Yes, delivery ison all the items we stock.
As you will have seen, thousands of our products are available with free next day delivery. To ensure this happens, please make sure to order before the cut off time (which is stated on the product). Some next day items can even be delivered assembled and ready to use for a small charge (office chairs mainly).
All the items on our website should show the estimated delivery time which are all given in good faith. If you notice a product without an estimated delivery time, please feel free to contact us (using the details in the header above) and we will endeavour to give you an accurate estimated delivery time. All Office Boffins orders received before our 5.30pm cut-off, will be processed the same working day (Monday to Friday). All orders placed after this time, including weekends and public holidays, will be processed on the next available working day. We always try to deliver your items at the earliest opportiunity.
Deliveries will only be made during working hours, Monday to Friday. Unfortunately, we cannot always provide an exact date at the time of ordering. For furniture items, you will usually receive a phone call a 1-2 days before delivery. If you would like to know when your order will arrive, you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 020 3991 1375 and our customer service team will do their best to help you.
We deliver to the whole of the UK. FREE delivery applies to addresses within UK Mainland, except for a few specific (awkward freight) products delivered to the Highlands of Scotland where a small excess may apply. If there are any issues, we will contact you as soon as any they are flagged up, after your order is placed. Unfortunately, due to changes as of 1st January 2020, there are some products that we are unable to deliver to Northern Ireland. If you are based in Northern Ireland and have a product requirement, then please contact our sales team by email, firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 020 3991 1375 with your enquiry.
Do not worry, if you have already placed your order for delivery to Northern Ireland, then we will automatically contact you to confirm that we are able to ship the item and any related shipping charges that may apply, all before your order is processed and payment confirmed. We apologise for any disruption this may cause and rest assured, we are trying our hardest to resolve these issues.
As per standard transport practises, deliveries are made to the ground floor entrance of your premises.
If you would like delivery to another floor, you can select this in the basket and an optional installation fee will apply. If this option is not available, please do not hesitate to email us at email@example.com or call us on 020 3991 1375 where our customer services will be able to help as we can usually get a price for this enhanced service.
Problems with deliveries
We use standard UK couriers for most of our items, and unfortunately damages can, and do happen. If this is the case, please send an email to our customer services team as soon as the item is received to: firstname.lastname@example.org or call the team on 020 3991 1375, and we will deal with this for you as a priority.
If possible, it would help us enormously if you could attach a photo of the damage that youn are reporting to us, in your email.
